User guide
Day-to-day work: orders, students, customers, marketing, analytics and team.
Orders
Orders lists every order with its payment status. Open an order to see the items, payments and refunds.
- Refunds (
orders.refundpermission) go through the payment provider. The order updates when the provider confirms. - Bank transfers stay pending until you confirm receipt. Confirming grants access and is recorded in the audit log.
- Sandbox orders are marked Test and never count toward revenue.
Students
Students shows enrolments and progress. Graders (students.grade) review quiz answers and assignments in the grading queue. Students learn at /learn and sign in with a magic link sent to their email.
Customers and segments
Customers is your CRM: tags, notes, marketing consent and lifetime value from real orders. Saved segments filter by tag, country, spend or consent. The CSV export respects your permissions.
Discounts
Discounts creates percentage or fixed-amount coupons with a redemption limit, start and expiry dates. The final price is always recomputed on the server at checkout.
Marketing
- Email campaigns go only to customers who opted in, and skip unsubscribed and bounced addresses automatically.
- Automations run a trigger → conditions → actions sequence, for example "course purchased → wait 3 days → send email".
- Library and templates hold approved marketing assets and ready page templates.
- Tracking: page views, product views and CTA clicks from your stores, with UTM attribution.
Analytics
Analytics is computed only from real events and orders. When there isn't enough data, it says Insufficient data instead of estimating. The profit calculator is a planning tool, and its results are labelled as projections.
Team
Team invites teammates by email with a role: admin, manager, instructor, marketer, support or analyst. You can also create custom roles. You can only grant permissions you hold yourself. Seats (members plus pending invitations) count toward your plan.
Account security
Account security lets you turn on two-factor authentication (any authenticator app; save the 8 recovery codes), change your password, see signed-in devices and sign them out, and review recent sign-in activity.
